Friary Close is situated in Chichester town centre with car parking on the premises and, being only a few minutes from the train and bus stations, is convenient for visiting the town centre or anywhere in the surrounding area.

The house is three storey, Georgian (c1810), and is sited on the ancient city wall (south-east sector, facing Market Avenue). There is a large private garden adjoining the house, just below the city wall. Guests are invited to visit the garden.

All three B&B bedrooms are twin bed with en-suite facilities.

Friary Close B&B is closed December and January.
